Safe and Sound in Honduras

After two flights, an hour long wait in the immigrations line (its kind of funny...we were waiting in one of the three line for a while and just as we were approaching the front, the immigration officer just walked off without saying anything. We stood in the line for while thinking he would return, but he didn't. So we ended going to the back of another line.), and an hour and a half bus ride we finally made it to our hotel around 11:00pm. OK, this place is more like a resort. Check out their webpage here. It's "all inclusive" meaning all the food and drinks have already been paid for so that we can just enjoy ourselves.

Parents, you will be happy to know that this place has many security guards watching over us. After we checked in and put our stuff in the rooms, we decided to take a stroll along the beach. During out 10 minute outing...2 different security guards came up and introduced themselves. They told us that they will be keeping their eyes on us and asked us to stay in within the boundaries of their vision.

The place looks absolutely beautiful. I'm excited to see what it will look like during the daytime.

Till next time...
